At Pop It Out, we stand by the quality of our electronics and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your device isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Device

  Securely place the electronic item in its original retail packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 3-5 business days.
